Liquor : BOTTEGA LIMONCINO (Limoncello)
The Limoncino Bottega is a Limoncello, a traditional Italian liqueur that originated in the late 19th century. It is produced from an infusion of Femminello lemon peels. This variety is known for its thin skin and high-quality essential oils. The lemons are naturally grown and untreated, harvested at full maturity, washed, and hand-peeled, removing the bitter white part and selecting only the yellow part rich in essential oils. The lemon peels obtained are infused in alcohol for approximately 30 days. After a slow process of extracting aromatic and coloring substances, the liquid is separated from the peels. Finally, sugar and high-quality grappa are added, making this Limoncino unique and inimitable.
