AGLIANICO SANNIO DOP

This intense red wine, made from 100% Aglianico grape variety, hails from the Campania region and the Torre Varano estate. The 2018 vintage presents an attractive ruby red color. The grapes are hand-harvested in October, at full maturity, and undergo meticulous winemaking. After destemming and crushing, a fermentation period of 25 to 30 days takes place in stainless steel tanks. The aging process also occurs in stainless steel tanks, preserving the freshness and characteristic aromas of the wine. The result is a sweet and persistent flavor, with fruity and spicy notes. The texture is smooth, and the tannins are perfectly integrated, providing a balanced and enjoyable tasting experience.
