For the creation of this refined jam, the Mariangela Prunotto farm carefully selects the sweetest and juiciest raspberries. The fruit, having been meticulously cleaned and washed, is processed using the open-air method, following an ancient technique that involves simple pot cooking with the exclusive addition of cane sugar. This process allows the production of a finished product capable of enhancing the unique flavor of raspberries. It's worth noting that to achieve 100g of jam, a generous 170 grams of fresh raspberries are used.
